Website:
- Sign in and visit 'Track'
- Click 'Stress'
- Select the appropriate entry that best describes your stress level
- Click 'SAVE CHANGES'
iOS Mobile app:
- Sign in and visit the 'Track' section
- Tap 'Stress'
To have your voice analysed:
- Tap 'Voice' in middle of screen
- Press the microphone below 'How's your day going?'
- Speak for 30 seconds and press microphone to stop having your voice analysed
- Once you receive your results, press 'save' at the top right of the page
To manually input your data:
- Tap 'Manual' in the middle of screen
- Select your current stress level by sliding the circle icon on the bottom
- Tap 'Save' at top right of the page
Android Mobile app:
- First, if you have automated tracking turned on, follow these steps to turn it off:
- Visit the 'Track' section
- Tap the Gear icon
- Tap 'Edit' and turn off Detect Stress and Relationships Tracking
- Sign in and visit the 'Track' section
- Select 'Trackers'
- Tap 'Edit' next to the Stress item
- Tap the '+' symbol in the upper right corner
- Select your current stress level by sliding the circle icon on the bottom
- Tap 'Save' at top right of the screen
