Please note that only the Android version allows for automated tracking of your stress levels during phone calls.
If you are utilising the voice analysis feature in the Sharecare platform, you will be prompted to allow Sharecare access to the microphone in your device. If you do not receive a prompt, you may need to give the app permission to use your microphone through your phone's settings menu.
iOS Mobile app:
- Go to settings on your iOS device
- Select Sharecare
- Turn 'Microphone on'
In addition to the above process, you can also:
- Go to settings on your iOS device
- Select 'Privacy'
- Select 'Microphone'
- Turn microphone for Sharecare 'On'
Android Mobile app:
- Go to settings on your Android device
- Select 'Apps and notifications'
- Find the Sharecare App
- Tap on 'Permissions'
- Tap on 'Microphone'
- Modify settings as appropriate.
- Open Sharecare app
- Visit the 'Track' section
- Select setting gear icon at the top right of page
- Toggle on Detect Stress and Relationships
