Website:
- Sign in and visit the 'Track' section
- Click 'Diet'
- Select your meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) from the dropdown options
- Select meal size by clicking on the applicable option (XS, S, M, L, XL)
- Select how healthy you would describe your meal (Excellent, Good, Average, Bad, Poor)
- Click 'SAVE CHANGES'
iOS and Android Mobile app:
- Sign in and visit the 'Track' section
- Tap 'Diet'
- In the middle of the app, tap the meal you want to update
- Tap meal size by clicking on the applicable option (XS, S, M, L, XL)
- Select how healthy (quality) you would describe your meal (Excellent, Good, Average, Bad, Poor) using the sliding scale
- Click 'Save' in the top right corner
